Thank you for your review! I did realize when I wrote the chapter that she didn't ask questions about Inuyasha and the gang. I don't know if I want to mention them or not but I assume that she's kind of awed at that point in time anyway to really focus on anything else beyond the fact that Sesshomaru and Rin are alive.

Thanks for reading and reviewing 'Kagome's guide to being on top'. My thinking was that Miroku wouldn't have been able to take on the burden of an extra mouth to feed. Clothing, sheltering and feeding Sango and the kids would already be a challenge. I think there is a sentence stashed in chapter two somewhere. It was actually a dark time in history, especially for women in Japan. They couldn't own property, couldn't vote, etc.
