I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but every time I try to edit my profile using the Edit HTML Source button something goes wrong. I make my changes click the update button to review them. Everything's fine, but when I click the Update button to solidify the changes I keep getting a message that says, Password & verification do not match. Please try again.

No matter how many ways or times I try.

What's going on and how do I fix it if I can?

Please, can someone help me?

I really want to be able to edit my profile & signature again...

I was able to edit your profile with the HTML editor. Make sure you are logged into www.dokuga.com and not dokuga.com. It looks like the editor forces the 'www' on there.

I was using Chrome 37.0.2062.120 m

And I made sure to be on the www.

What else could be the problem?

Okay J,

I tried a little something.

For some weird reason, if I use Chrome, [My preferred browser] It won't let me update my profile.

But if I use IE I can update, just fine. Any ideas as to why?

Can someone help me please!. I have been trying for weeks to update my profile and the system won't allow me to do it. Each time that I tried I kept getting this message: (Moscomprofiler::Stored failed:Got a packet bigger than max allowed)

I went back again and deleted everything leaving only the word HELLO! to see if I was really typing too many words. It still failed to load and the error message was the same.

I went back again and checked to see if I was logged in with the www.dokuga.com as was suggested, I was, tried again and again and the same thing happened. I even tried to update my profile with IE as KTH mentioned, it didn't work.

Please help I would love to update!
