I noticed since the crash the other day that I have yet to see a single story update in my email. I checked my email through the site and I already have a specific folder that all emails from dokuga are sent to. I noticed that many of the stories I have been reading have been updated,but I am getting no notification. Is there anything I need to do to fix the issue on my end?

The server was added into a blacklist because of how it was initially setup. They've put in a request to have it removed, so mail *should* start being received here again.

You'll probably want to keep an eye on the junk/spam folder for a while. Mails may be scored higher because the server *was* in the blacklist.

I'm currently receiving mine... but it appears to come in random bursts and will probably be out of order for most.

Still, the good news is that it IS again being delivered!!

I'm getting updates now, too. Yay. Thanks for sussing and sorting it out!!!

Sorry to be a pest, but I'm still not receiving updates. They're not in my spam folder either. And I'm computer illiterate unfortunately, so I have no idea what to look for.

Because of how the system was originally setup, it was put into one of the blacklists. So, the provider you have for your e-mail, if they use the lists, may only update periodically.

Our ISP was supposed to be getting the site removed from the blacklist, and earlier I changed the setup to actually be correct. So you should, eventually, start getting them again.

Unfortunately, this isn't something we can completely control. :/
